Hotel
Reservation Procedures
www.China-Hotels-Asia.com provides
attractive Discounted Rates On-line Hotel Reservation with Payment Directly to
the Hotel upon your Check-in.
Hotel
Reservation:

Review the hotels at your destination city.

Fill in your hotel reservation requirement from our
booking system and submit the order to us. OR Fill in the
Hotel
Reservation Form and click [Send] to submit the order to us
online.

We will confirm your reservation within 1 working day.
All
payments for hotel room charges will be paid upon your hotel check-in. The
rates are subject to tax and service charges.
Normally
we do NOT require your credit card information, except in some cases credit
card information is required by hotel to guarantee your reservation.
For hotel reservation order require guarantee by credit card or TT payment, we
will send you the Credit Card Authorization Form or TT payment information.
We accept
Visa, Master and American Express card.
Terms
and Conditions
Hotel Rates and
Availability
www.China-Hotels-Asia.com reserves the right to change
hotel prices and availability without prior notice.
Hotel
Reservation Amendment
You
can amend your confirmed hotel reservations via Email or "Contact Us"
to inform us. Please submit your reservation amendment more than 4 working
days before arrival, we will confirm your reservation amendments within 1
working day and there is no amendment charge.
Hotel Reservation
Cancellation
After
your hotel reservation had been confirmed; you can cancel part or all of your
confirmed hotel reservation 4 working days before your arrival.
For
those hotel reservation require Credit Card or TT Payment, charges will be
subject to the following conditions:

For
reservations cancelled more than 4 working days before arrival, there will be
a charge of US$20 for administration fee.
(Except for hotel reservation that require guarantee booking, in that case
there is no refund for cancellation.)

For
reservations cancelled less than 4 working days before arrival or no
show, a cancellation charge equals to the room rate of the first night per
room booked of your hotel reservation up to the full amount of the order may
be imposed. The balance will be credited back to your credit card account.
(For Trade Shows and Canton Fair hotel reservation, full period guarantee is
required upon confirmation of hotel reservation order.)
Extension of hotel
accommodation
For
extension of hotel accommodation, please inform us 2 working days before
arrival by mail to Customer
Service.
Hotel Full
We
cannot guarantee the availability of hotel rooms of your reservation order at
the time of your order submission. Under the circumstances that the hotel you
want to reserve is full, we shall notify you via e-mail to advise you and
suggest alternative hotels for your choice.

operated by Travelnet Ltd is acting as the agent in the hotel reservation and
accommodation arrangements, all confirmation and coupons issued by Travelnet
will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the specific hotel. Hotels are
independent operators and are not employees or agents of Travelnet. In using
this services, Travelnet is not liable for any damages, loss, accident, injury,
delay which may incur by any reason or by default of any company, or by defect
of any vehicle, or by negligence of any person, or default of hotel, or by
connection of any weather, strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, force majeure
or acts of God.
